Q: What is your return policy?
A: Edible items are NOT returnable! However, we will do our best to take
care of any problems you may have. Any non-food items (pans, books, etc.)
can be returned if: (1) the item is in saleable condition, (2) a 10% restocking
fee will apply. More information on returns will be included with your specific
product shipment.
Q: What kind of payments do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and checks
through PayPal.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Shipment time varies with the size of your order. Most items are made as
they are ordered to insure a fresh, quality product in specific colors or with
custom wording. Many items ship within 5 business days. ALWAYS include
a "Date needed by:" in the notes section to insure timely arrival.
Q: How long will my decorations last?
A: Royal icing and gumpaste flowers, fondant and color flo pieces will last for
years if properly stored, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Specific
directions on how to store will be included with your order.
Q: Can I place a gift order and have it shipped directly to that person?
A: Yes! Just let us know where to ship, to whom, and we will include at no
additional cost a gift card with your message. Orders shipped this way will
be sent via confirmation mail through the post office and a tracking number
will be provided to you, the purchaser.
